. LOU is extremely condescending, rude and hateful. She is on a HUGE power trip (no wonder people hate lawyers)and makes all her problems with incompetent employees your problem. She really just needs to retire if she can't handle her job. She complained about doing her job and stated she just got back from vacation and she is not in a hurry to help. I will look into making a complaint to whomever is above her

Tried calling every other day for weeks LAST YEAR to get my bill paid and nobody ever returned any of my phone calls.. Today I got served court papers. If you wanted your money you should have answered your phone or returned one of my 12 calls!

Lou is the most helpful lawyer I have ever met. She goes above and beyond for her clients and for the community. She has a beautiful heart and gives her time and money for those in need.

i need help you all are garnishing my wages for something i never did , my social security number has been stolen by kevin davenport i live in kcks , not topeka ks where my social was used , he keep getting away with this and i need help and to press charges for him to stop using my information for his girlfriend, they are charging me and letting my x use my info , these ppl not right
