There is a big hidden problem which might not come to your attention even if you see your apartment thoroughly before renting. Look outside your window and if you see those huge air-conditioners next to your rooms, do not rent the apartment. The noise will give you sleepless nights. Don't expect the leasing office to reveal this problem. I would rather prefer sleeping in a flour mill than at home.

Best bang for your rental buck in this part of town. Apartments are huge, rent is reasonable, staff are top notch, and maintenance issues are addressed promptly. Convenient to everywhere and quiet at night. Love it here :)
