Beautiful hotel. Extremely clean. Someone was constantly cleaning in the casino area and also in the hotel area. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. The view was beautiful! The pool area was very spacious and had an abundance of chairs and the hot tub was very large. The meals at each of the hotel restaurants were of great quality and the service we received throughout our visit was superb. We will be staying here again. Everybody that we encountered acted as if we were family and made us feel very welcomed and as if our business was important.

Everyone was nice and welcoming. Loved the large rooms, though the cleanliness & maintenance could be improved. Bathrooms could also be improved. Our room had a balcony, which was refreshing. Our last night got pretty loud in the hall and next door. Over all we would go again!

When I requested a room, there was none available. Fortunately your wonderful receptionists worked with me to find a room at a good rate. However, the spa was closed on the days I was going to be there (Tuesday/Wednesday) and the pool/hot tub was closed, the food at the turquoise restaurant was awful diner food. Payed casino prices for Denny's quality food. Absolutely disappointed. It took 10 minutes to wait to be seated even though there was plenty of seating. Absolutely disappointed for spending over $200 for the one night and not having any type of "spa" available or even good food. The only good thing was the service I got at the front reception and the service/food I got at the iguana cafe. Even then, that was on top. This "Hilton/spa/resort" had nothing going for it when I was there. Absolutely disappointed.

We really enjoyed our room. It was large, the shower pressure and temperature were great. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and the views were so peaceful! The only thing missing was a USB port for a phone charger so bring your wall plug. FYI, the lamps had built in outlets so it was very easy to plug in the wall charger to the lamp base!

We were pretty excited for a quick babymoon getaway weekend, however we regret our choice to stay here. The service was horrible, the front desk staff was less than impressive especially for the hefty weekend price tag! The amenities are lame and it seemed we were told “we’re out” or “we don’t have that right now” more often than not. We were told by the front desk staff that we could just walk in to the spa and receive services, only to find out that is not correct, which was a huge disappointment. Seems they are extremely understaffed. The room and casino was clean which was a positive. The best thing about this place is the golf course. 5 stars to golf and the guys working the course, 1 star to the hotel.
