Dear Reader: I am writing this review based on two previous encounters my husband and I have had with Cassady Law Offices, P.C. (Henderson, Nevada). We have found on both occasions, for which we employed Cassady Law Firm to first create and update our wills to have been extremely professional and low on the stress meter. They handled everything beautifully from their initial contact in which to set up our appointment (and believe me, with the current Covid situation, it was challenging but, they got it done!), to having the documents ready to go through with us at our appointment to the payment options available. It was a pleasure to work with Cassady Law Office for my estate planning. The process was efficient and effective especially during this pandemic. I was able to complete all the necessary paperwork online, once the documents were completed, I was then able to review them online as well for accuracy. My signing appointment took place not long after. In person, I was able to sign my documents safely and the whole process took about ten minutes. The staff was very accommodating and scheduled a meeting for us on a weekend. All staff are very professional and friendly. They really know Law and Finance, estate planning and retirement planning. We learned a lot. Very good value for the money.

The paralegals were very competent asking all the right questions. 95% of all the preparation was completed by phone and email thus avoiding the risk of in-person meetings. Once the documents were complete we visited their offices to sign, and experienced very thorough COVID-19 safety protocols. The documents met all our expectations, and overall customer service exceeded our expectations. They have very fair pricing, and non-contact payment. Overall it was a great experience.
