Personally dealt with Robert Simon and his team. Excellent and incredibly knowledgeable. My Lennar home started to show cracks VERY early and I was informed that this may be the dreaded "Construction Defect". Welp it was and I would be caught with my pants down without the team. Bought a lennar track home and almost immediately regretted it. I found foundational cracks almost a week after move in and severe water damage due to improper sealant. Robert was able to virtually get EVERYTHING taken care of. Thank you!
