I would never go back to this place. They never kept me updated on my custody case. I felt that my lawyer could have done alot more. He didnt do everything he could to help what was in my best interest as his client.

Eric was very helpful in a Unemployment case. Quick and to the point. I could not have asked for a better result. My time and money were handled in a professional manner. Really appreciate!

Eric was hired to defend me. Upin accepting a large sum of money. Eric decided to only contact me 3 times after this. Since I was incarcerated at the time, Eric decided to simply drop me after 3 months and hardly returning calls or contacting me. He claims it was breakdown of client communications. Thus ended our relationship and of course forfeit of my thousands of dollars. Its pretty sad that this is theft. If you do not perform the work it is theft. Yet people like this run around. Beware to anyone who hires this guy. He will do all he can to jack up the price so he does not have to do work, or find a way out of the work while charging you a lot. One of the worst attorneys in Iowa.

This is the last attorney I would ever recommend. Did absolutely nothing for me in court. Fired him got another attorney and it was the best decision I ever made. The new attorney handle my case very professionally and there were no problems

Charges 30$ to read a text. Spent my mom's life savings promised to get my kids back . Did nothing for me. Cost 15,000. $ The minute I told him my mom had a stroke I was out of money he went to court dropped my case. He billed me every 2 weeks after the retainer was burned up. He was rude and I felt prejudice due to nationwide race issues and I am white. Eric Mail however was great. I would recommend him any day. Eric Puryear...no way.
