If you’re looking for a personal injury law firm stay away from this office. My fiance had a horrible experience with this office. There is minimal client contact. There was no direction from his case manager on what the next steps would be. His case sat for months without hearing anything. They never contacted the adjusters to get a copy of the most recent PIP log before sending out a demand. You cannot effectively negotiate with an adjuster without knowing what was paid by PIP and what balances are. This would be found on the PIP log which the most recent one was never requested. He was told not to worry about his balances that they would get waived during settlement as they work with those doctors frequently. This was told by Nelson with his office. At the end of his case he wasn't provided with a proper break down on his closing statement. Balances to treating physicians were not waived as promised nor were they negotiated down during the closing of his case. If you google the attorneys name it shows a fraud charge is MA. I’m not sure if it is the same person but you may want to do your research before retaining this firm.

Unfortunately I got in another wreck but fortunately paul had taken care of my last wreck with nothing but precision and diligence to get the best results possible given the circumstances. Luckily this go round as soon as I got hit Paul was my first call. If you have a situation in which you have been injured in a car wreck or any sort of situation , don’t hesitate to call Paul. He’s a stand up guy and will take care of you in ways the big firms can’t . Can’t say enough about this guy and his team.
