The end result was well done, but the estimate that he gave to me on our first visit was far less than what I was billed. No update on the estimate was given throughout the process. I was taken very much by surprise that the bill was so much higher than even the high end of the estimate.nPositive experience regarding the resulting document, but a very negative experience regarding his firm's billing process!
