I sincerely wanted to write this review. Adriana at the Parris Law Group treated me with compassion. Responded to me with respect and compassion. Although they did not take my case they did refer me to another attorney for which I am hopeful. Her customer service skills are the foundation that creates client Trust. In October 2019 I was injured in a car accident that was not my fault. I was going straight through an intersection and someone made a left hand turn into the side of my vehicle which caused me to crash head on into a street light pole. On impact all of my airbags deployed but the one in my steering wheel did not inflate. So I hit my face extremely hard on the steering wheel causing me to break my orbital bone and have a concussion. Immediately after the impact I was seeing double vision which lasted about 2 months. The next day I contacted Perris law and they got right to work on my case. I never had to deal with anything such as insurance companies etc. which allowed me to fully focus on my recovery. I received checks for my vehicle and the maximum claim limits for my injury much faster than expected which was a major relief. I thought that was the end of my case but my team was still working on my case trying to get as much as they could for me. In 2022 I received 2 more checks for my insurance deductible and property damage since my phone and other property was damaged during the accident. This was also a major surprise because I had lost the receipts for getting my phone repaired but they still managed to work it out in my favor. My team was amazing especially Jerry who is now retired and Jonathan who helped me out towards the end of my case. I’m not sure of the names of all the attorneys who worked on my case but I want to say a huge thank you to them as well. I recommend Perris Law to all my friends and anyone else who has been wrongfully injured. They are a highly experienced team and it is obvious how much they care for their customers!
