Smh..seriously people avoid this branch there moral compass is aloft to say the least.worst banking experience I've had EVER.if you like hidden fees without disclosure and contradicting information by people who get paid to know banking protocols then this is your place! ..Ahhh Rabo bank really disappointed in you. P.s 1 star because zero star isn't a option
RABOBANK is not ADA compliant!! There is stairs going to the front of the bank from the parking lot. There is NO drive up ATM in the drive up area. Also the only ATM is in the front of the bank which you use stair to get to it. The manage Nancy was to busy on a personal phone call and teller Kelly were rude with me and told me to going get my driver's licenses instead of using an ATM pin number!!
I sadly regret I ever opened an account with this bank. They seem to be the most ignorant when I ask questions, they're grossly unavailable either by email, or phone and even when I do a walk in to expedite transactions I have to wait... always put on hold or waiting for someone to call, text or answer my emails. nEven when I go to the bank, I STILL have to make an appointments to come back. The person that opened my account in the first place is either not there, and another time, was too busy to help me deposit over $200,000.00 into an IRA account. If I owned this bank I would fire personnel, and only hire people who are trained, experienced and care about customer service.
