The sign said "open by chance" so we took one! Turns out that the owner comes out to greet you if he hears a car enter his driveway. I'm glad we stopped by - we got to peruse a wide variety of artifacts and antiques and speak at length with the owner, Dean, about different colonial and early American farm and fabrication tools. We bought a hetchel, or flax comb, and some brass stencils for a decent price. He said some folks get confused and think the shop is a museum and I totally understand why! If you visit say hello to the peacock flock, emu, and barn kitty.
