Rainey & Rainey

I am not a wealthy man and I didn't think it necessary to have an estate plan. After my wife died, it became apparent that was not the case. I didn't know where to start or what I needed for my estate planning, but after my initial consultation with James Rainey, and by answering a few simple questions, he presented me with a compilation of legal instruments that he recommended I have prepared and filed. In two weeks time frame, all documents were completed and prepared for my sign off, and all were prepared exactly as James laid out for me. I found all the staff at Rainey & Rainey to be professional, polite, caring, and efficient. I highly recommend you consider estate planning at your earliest possible convenience. I also highly recommend the legal services of Rainey & Rainey to anyone needing assistance with their estate planning.
Rainey and Rainey has helped me on several occasions with regards to handling family business. They have also provided information and guidance to me related to business decisions I’ve needed to make. They are hands down the best there is! They are kind, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. I refer friends, family and customers as often as I have the opportunity to.
I could not wish for a more pleasant, competent, and efficient law firm than Rainey and Rainey. I am especially grateful to Sarah Kendrick for preparing estate settlement documents. She explained the difference between a will and a trust, the difference between assets undergoing probation and those not, and much else. (I still may not be using terms correctly, but you can trust these professionals.)
I don't like having to deal with lawyers, but R&R was really helpful when it came time to handle all the legal mumbojumbo, that came with time handling my father's estate. I appreciate how they did their best to make everything as easy as possible for me, because estate matters can be a real headache to deal with. The t entire experience, everything from having the will drawn up to to having it probated after my father's passing, R&R was a really big help. I personally suggest anyone looking for legal advice should keep these people in mind I'm glad I called them.
I am the responsible party for an elderly parent that was transitioning to long term care. I was feeling completely overwhelmed. Not knowing what to do, I contacted Rainey and Rainey and scheduled an appointment. Sara Kendrick worked with me and answered all of my questions concerning the Medicaid application process and the legal aspects of the sale of the home. She answered all questions concerning legal issues involved with this transition and guided me through the entire process. I walked out of their office feeling like a mountain had been removed from my shoulders. I would highly recommend Rainey and Rainey for any Elder law issues or questions you might have concerning protecting the assets of your family!
