I went to talk to 2 other firms before being recommened to Ramsell and Associates, and God am I grateful I didn't end up going with any of the other firms. From the time I called to make my appointment, I knew that this firm was like no other. They asked me so many questions that the other firms never even touched on, made me feel off the bat that these guys were no joke. Jason was our attny and he was very knowledgeable and had lots of communication with my wife when getting all the paperwork together to build my case. I can't thank them enough, and yes they were a little more expensive then the other firms I visited, but the outcome was well worth it! You get what you pay for.

I worked with Ramsell & Associates on a complex DUI. Ramsell and Associates were able to get the DUI dismissed. They are excellent DUI and Criminal Attorneys. They are zealous advocates, who will get the best result possible.

Jason from Ramsell & Associates was a bright spot in a difficult time for me. I told him I could not lose my CDL as that would cause me to lose my job. Jason made sure this did not happen. I can't thank him enough.

The search for an attorney alone was nerve-wracking, knowing how important it was to make the right choice, so, after getting an OUTSTANDING outcome on my case (charges dismissed), I hope that this review helps guide people to picking Ramsell & Assoc. I figure anyone in need could use all the input they can get; so here's my complete experience with the firm. nnI spent almost a week getting consultations in person and over the phone, and eventually chose Ramsell & Assoc over the early front-runner, my previous attorney (whom I personally and professional respect) after a consultation with Jason Kunowkski. Jason's confidence and strategy as to how he'd handle the case is what swayed me to choose Ramsell over all others, I choice I am tremendously glad they persuaded me to make. The Ramsell team quickly obtained the arrest footage, and Jason had obviously thoroughly reviewed it before we next spoke, and I was given access to go and watch it myself. nnThe next step was fighting the Summary Suspension, and due to the prosecutor being granted a continuance, I was in court twice and able to see approximately eight other cases, and NONE that I witnessed were overturned, leading me to think that fighting these is hopeless??until my own case was called. Jason expertly argued my case, and my suspension was rescinded. I can't imagine how much additional stress losing my license would have been. I wasn't the only one amazed; I was later approached by another defendant in the hall, who had also seen multiple cases tried and none successfully overturned, and his attorney hadn't even obtained the arrest video. Going into that situation without having seen the video would be insane, he immediately took Ramsell's contact info from me, I sincerely hope he used it.nnGetting the Suspension rescinded was HUGE, but in reality, it seemed like the least of my problems with the criminal charges still unresolved. I probably had about 100 questions I needed to email or call about, a lot of times I think I just needed to be re-assured in the strength of the case, and Jason was ALWAYS RELIABLE and would respond in an extremely timely manner. You don't know how important that contact/customer service is until you need it. This excellent level of service began during the consultation phase, and continued for the SEVEN MONTHS the case lasted.nnFinally, the big day arrived, and Jason was, again, absolutely masterful. Going into it, he appeared to be prepared for anything, whatever the outcome, but he never let his confidence fail him. His cross examination was fierce, and in particular, his knowledge of the NHSTA rules made everyone else appear an amateur. Ramsell's website mentions this specialty of Mr. Kunowski, butI had no idea the importance and impact it makes. Each time the prosecution tried getting clever Jason was there to shut that down. The performance was so stunning, that when concluding, as my case was DISMISSED, even the Judge complimented Jason's work. It probably sounds like that's an exaggeration, I swear it is not. Even the Expired Registration ticket that began the whole mess somehow got dismissed, and I still don't fully understand how; honestly, in light of my other issues I'd forgotten about that ticket entirely. nSo, to conclude, what did I get when I selected Ramsell & Assoc? I received the MOST FAVORABLE OUTCOME POSSIBLE in court, brilliantly represented by Jason Kunowski. I was treated with phenomenal customer service, courtesy, and respect by the entire staff at all times. The situation I was in was awful, and the only thing that helped me get any sleep was having this team at my back. I simply cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Ramsell & Associates will treat you like family. I admit I'm not a perfect, treated Ramsell with poor communication and lack of responsibility. In return they still acted the Utmost professional, still treated me as one of their most important clients. They made me feel as if they worked on my case 24/7, will answer at any time of the day. I missed Court and didn't call 4 1/2 hours ahead like I agreed to do on my retainer, my lawyer REACHED OUT TO ME to explain as why he had to appear and fix my problems doing his magic work. On top of all the other cases they deal with, they still managed make feel like a elephant was taken off my shoulders. I got the outcome I WANTED with Ramsell & Associates. But the best part is Donald Ramsell himself ALSO personally reached out to me after to also ensure my case was treated with professionalism, punctuality, respect, and genuine care for the outcome.
