People that do passports only work from 8:20-2:20 even though the sign says 8-3.

This place is worse than the dmv, a place where bitter and barren women are hired to make the process of bureaucracy even crappier. I felt like crap after walking out of there not a single other person in line, but these employees would still rather give you a hard time than to do their jobs... And seriously $1 per page of copy dont you rape people enough on property taxes, fines and fees?

Ramsey County Property Records is fairly well-run. I got in & out quickly. Employees seem to be knowledgeable. Good experience.
