I have been working with Mr. Ramirez for 3 years now. He is smart, knowledgeable and fights for what is right. He team is great and cares about my case and well being. I highly recommend Mr. Ramirez and would hire him again, if I needed to.

Randolph R. Ramirez represented me at a Child Custody Hearing. I was looking to change my current agreement, which I knew was a challenge. Mr. Ramirez made himself readily available to answer all my questions throughout the filing process and trial. I was incredibly nervous leading up to the court date but Mr. Ramirez reassured me everything would be ok and prepared me for what the trial might look like. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I am incredibly thankful for all the hard work Mr. Ramirez did on my behalf, he is an amazing lawyer. I would definitely recommend him for any of your legal matters and I will be returning if any other legal matters ever arise.

From the get-go, he was very confrontational via text and email. Total douche. In person, he seems like a good guy. It almost seems like he has the personality of Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde when you are texting, emailing him vs in person or calling on the phone. My experience was not good. I asked for his services in regards to a child support case. He said from the start that he did not do Child Support Cases but was willing to try with me. Long story short, he quoted me $3,000 FLAT fee but we negotiated to $2,500 FLAT fee. My Child support case got continued a couple of times. So, for this next court date I have on September 7, 2023. He emails me on August 20, 2023 at night with an invoice of $2500. I was stunned because we had agreed to a flat fee of $2500 for a CHILD SUPPORT CASE, NOT CRIMINAL. I told him of our prior agreement but pretended not to remember. He stated he was on an hourly basis but that was not our agreement. So, I ended up firing him. But now I'm left with filing all the documents for my Child support case. Bottom line, total douche bag on text and email. But different person when you talk to him or see him in person. (dr jekyll and mr hyde) I would not recommend him at all. My sister uses him as well but also has problems with communication. We will be looking for a new attorney.
