I have been a full time Realtor for over 20 years. Ranger Title has been my title company of choice for my entire career. My home base is Kaufman county and Ranger Title, hands down, has more knowledge of this county than anyone else! Their staff is always professional and their escrow agents are second to none! I have had some very complicated transactions this year and Ranger Title was a huge reason we were able to close.

AGENTS BEWARE!! My clients (buyers) still haven't received earnest money on a cancelled contract 12 days ago. They tried to blame the listing agent for not receiving the termination back signed even though it's dated 12 days ago by both parties. After being shuffled around and hung up on, it's evident these are not professionals that work here. I would never ever bring a client to this place of business EVER.

They were super busy, but they took care of us very well. Great people.
