Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson & Hornik, LLC

These are predatory collectors able to coordinate with Chase Bank to confiscate funds from your account. I had over $3500 taken from me over a 10 year-old debt from Dell that was less than $500, and no one wants to share details of how it was done. Dell, Chase, and Rausch Sturm all refuse to answer questions.

The initial rep I spoke with was very rude and aggressive. Until I have a better experience interacting with this company. This review shall stand. They appear to be predatory.

Update, Dennis Vega was very helpful today helping me resolve the rest of the debt. He was patient and not pushy. I wasn't in the greatest of moods but he helped calm my anxiety. Thank you Dennis !!
