I found Rawls Law Group through Google and was impressed with both the reviews and the web site. That said, I do not impress easily and am quick to point out any shortcomings with whom I do business. Thankfully, this was not the experience with the Rawls Law Group. They left me with veritably nothing to do but tell them what the complaint was, a few more pieces of information and they took it from there. They handled my Tort in a surprisingly short period of time and here we are 14 months later with the Tort settled and the funds disbursed. Not only did they do an efficient and professional job with the Tort but they also kept the, "miscellaneous costs" down to less than $75. Best of all, I never once felt that I could not trust them to do the best job with honest and integrity.
I am a decorated ARMY Veteran, I reached out to this firm because I’m dealing with a medical malpractice/ negligence situation & tort claim at the VA . I read their Moto vet4vet I quickly learned otherwise. I received an email back saying they decline to take my case without any explanation and that is their right & choice but no explanation as to why even after I sent multiple emails that got ignored that is not cool & not vet4vet. Till this day I am clueless because I know other attorneys have said I have a good case after tort claim process. Maybe they didn’t like my name or my looks. In any case I definitely feel discriminated against by this firm & I done nothing to them but reach out mainly because they claim to be veterans.
Rawls Law Group was absolutely fantastic to work with, and I’m so happy I found them. The medical malpractice issues and legal process were all very stressful experiences for me, but this team made me feel like I was among friends - professionals who are as compassionate and thoughtful as they are on top of their game. Brewster even flew overseas to meet me for my deposition (we got orders at a different base after I became his client) to make it easier on me and my family. So instead of me having to spend a week to get to my deposition and back, plus dealing with jet lag, he did all of that instead. On top of that, he used his own airline points to offset the expense, which saved me $3,000! Really, who does that?! I’ve been so impressed with Brewster’s knowledge and experience, watching him feel out situations and make decisions along the way that proved to be the right move every time. Brewster, Carrie and Glen were always patient, really listened to me, and kept a healthy sense of humor through it all. They kept me updated regularly and explained processes I didn’t understand. They were upfront with me about what was happening and what to expect or not expect. And in the end, we reached a successful resolution that I felt really good about. I would choose Rawls Law Group again in a heartbeat!
I found that the Rawls Law Group is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in supporting Veteran's issues . The "One Team" approach they deploy, in resolving client issues, makes one feel that you are part of a team and not just a lawyer/client engagement. Rapid responsiveness to inquiries further supports the Rawls Law Group business model being very client centric. An example of this is the numerous times they initiated actions benefiting myself with no improvement to their fees. I hope I never require legal representation again but if I did I would definitely use the Rawls Group to represent my needs. I highly recommend the Rawls team ... Thank you Glenn, Brewster, Cari, Faith and any other Rawls' staff members involved or inadvertently omitted..
Working with the entire team at Rawls Law Group I have been impressed by their professionalism and expertise in navigating the complexities associated with vaccine injury law. Their attorneys, paralegals and staff have always responded to our questions quickly and courteously. I can recommend them without reservation.
