Truly professional! We had a difficult eviction issue where a fired "handyman" took money and didn't do the work. He ended up squatting in our house. Michelle's firm was great in working with us to get the unlicensed plumber and inept repair person evicted. Michelle did a splendid job in shutting down the person when he ranted about his usual conspiracy theories in court. Michelle and John were very supportive in what was a difficult time for my wife and me.

Michelle told me that she would help me with 2 different cases, I had to follow up with both emails & phone calls, etc. She then replied to an email saying that a staff member that dealt with these cases was out. I again followed up with both emails & phone calls. None were ever returned. I would have at least a reply saying they don't have time or are not interested, etc, rather than leaving me thinking that she would pursue things for me. I am Not Impressed at all.

Michelle is a true professional. I frequently need to work with her while traveling. She is very responsive to emails, and phone messages. Her billing is fair and consistent. She does the job, and then she bills. A huge advantage over the previous lawyer I worked with for evictions, who required payment in advance.

They do a lot of evictions. Bad reviews are probably from people that got evicted by them. So translate those 1 star reviews into 5 stars if you need to evict someone :)
