I would not recommend Raymer Law as a closing attorney. I have worked with dozens of closing attorneys over the years and Raymer Law was by far the worst. The communication was sorely lacking. They waited until the last minute to order the title search and called me on Thursday afternoon before a Tuesday closing with a laundry list of title issues that needed to be addressed, causing a lot of stress and uncertainty. They charged us $200 for a mail-away closing, which is excessive considering all they have to do is email some documents. They had a lot of arbitrary "rules" that they claim were put in place by their title company, making every step in the process overly complicated. I felt like Raymer Law was working against us the entire time, instead of actually representing our interests. If you are looking for a proactive and communicative closing attorney, look elsewhere. Edit- this was a closing for 3 lots on Poplar Road. We closed 2 days ago on 4/30.

The staff at Raymer Law Group were great. They were very accommodating with scheduling our closing after a last-minute clear to close. Also, my seller client was out of state and the staff promptly handled the mail-away to ensure an on-time closing.

I was not thrilled with the closing attorney at this firm. The sellers picked this attorney for closing which was fine until closing day. The attorney was very unprofessional. I would not recommend them.

Did not have a good experience - would not recommend. The attorney was running 45 minutes late. Did not introduce himself or apologize. Was not particularly nice/professional. I didn’t know who he was until half way through our closing. His office had the wrong closing date until the morning of our closing even though we’d communicated the correct date a week in advance. He didn’t look at our closing documents the morning of our closing as a result, and they’d miss calculated our closing total. My husband had to run to an ATM in the middle of our closing to withdrawal several hundred dollars in cash. I’m not sure how they’re rated so well given their lack of competence and professionalism.

My recent closing at Raymer was the icing on the cake in what was the best real estate experience I've ever had, (thank you, Metro Brokers)! Ken was the closing attorney. He was professional and explained everything to me in easy to understand verbiage. He created such a fun and lighthearted atmosphere and also kept everything flowing well. The seller and her agent were so impressed that they both said they will schedule their next closings there. Thank you Raymer Law Group for a wonderful closing experience!
