This is a pretty amazing place during the Airshows. It is also an impressive base. Handing much of the West Coast F/A 18 squadrons.

Worst base ever. Many things wrong here. Feel sorry for anyone coming through here.

Smh there are too many reasons as to why i hate this base. Going back to VA soon and NEVER coming out here again lol.

I have to agree with the review about health issues. We have always been a very healthy bunch, but this place is slowly killing us. it's also a bit of a spirit killer. We were excited to come here...the husband is always one to fill a hard to fill billet...however, we are learning that the Lemoore vacuum is a real thing. We were just told we would be doing another 2 years. :( There are a lot of things to do in the 'area'...you just need the money and the time off to be able to go enjoy those things. So, great place for people who make lots of money and have lots of down time...neither of those apply to our younger enlisted families.
