Mr. Fernandez' office has a problem returning calls. I consulted with one attorney and he referred us to Mr. Fernandez who was going to take our case. After a week of phone calls and messages someone calls me to tell me he never agreed to take on our case. (The first attorney made several attempts to reach him as well, no calls returned.) This wouldn't have been such a big deal if he had just returned our calls from day one or even day 5 and told us that. Very unprofessional.
