Very disappointed in the service my daughter got we paid upfront to do a custody hearing which didn’t need a lot of attention to but Julia would not keep us in the loop about anything so I would have to message her to find out that my daughter actually had to go to court and of course she charged for every little email but that was the only way to know what was going on so then when it’s done and over she says we owe her more money bc of the emails I’m assuming
