A person was a client a long time ago. While about to go to the deposition with the opposing party this firm was very irresponsible by sending a last minute lawyer who was not into paying attention to the opposing party or being knowledgeable about the case. The person was almost like representing herself at the deposition. The last minute lawyer was not even bilingual and seemed to have disregard for his own client. But the firm ended up getting the “percentage” of the fees.
