Kelcom tech set up the new modem and re-configured the router, switch box and phone box. He changed every cable that had a broken tab. Explained new new set-up and neatly labelled every cable. Great Service, as always. So nice to have a local company that takes care of their customers.
The customer service, IT/telecom support, and products/services offered by KELCOM - Revolution IP are first rate. We have been customers since 2015 and couldn't be happier. We've moved twice, upgraded products, added staff, and through it all they have been a perfect IT & telecom partner.
During my experience with Kelcom, I have had to endure tremendous unprofessionalism. I was told to wait for a call and waited for two weeks for a reply. I was also told to be at home between 8-5pm so I booked a day off which is hard to afford these days. They not only did not come, but they didn’t even call to let me know they could not make it. They claimed they were overbooked. If I could give no stars I would because the service and communication is horrible.
Called customer support to help close my parents account and had help with a friendly representative with no wait time. Very helpful and efficient.
The repair man finally was able to fix my step daughter's internet after being down for a week. There has been a note by her doorbell stating that she is completely deaf, to use that doorbell clearly marked, and has always been in her account notes. No one attempted to call the numbers on the account and the ISSUE with the internet was the cord on the OUTSIDE of her apartment was disconnect. Had the first tech read his notes, the doorbell note, OR checked the outside internet wire I would not be writing this review on the poor customer service and the weak excuses given by management.
