Reyes & Reyes Austin Law Firm Review My experience with Reyes & Reyes law firm was excellent! And it was not just that attorney Jose Garibay had exceptional knowledge of Social Security law. But it was also how I was treated. Often, when I’d go in to see him, I’d have severe anxiety. But since Mr. Garibay truly cared, optimistic, and patient, he was very calming. In addition to being talented and genuinely caring, Mr. Garibay was also very client-friendly. By this I mean he is not like some of the other attorneys I spoke with before I hired him. When I was looking to hire an attorney, some from other law firms were kind of rude and short with me. Also, when Mr. Garibay said he would do something, he would. Plus, he always got back to me in a timely manner, which seems to be rare for a lot of attorneys. In addition, Ruben with Reyes & Reyes helped me find and select a new Medicare plan that best fit my needs. Before I knew he offered this free service, I was dreading trying to figure out what plan I needed. And I was afraid that I might not get the right plan for me and create a financial disaster with high bills. But then I discovered Ruben was an expert with Medicare and Medicare-related plans. And I was happy and relieved that he was able to help me get the best plan for my needs. Finally, I highly recommend Mr. Jose Garibay, Reyes & Reyes, and Ruben.

They don't communicate with their clients until its close to your appointment with the disability office.

I emailed them about their services and never received a response. Even if you don’t do services or don’t want to do services; at least have who ever your secretary/office staff respond to emails…. Front office staff always slacking
