Ms. Forsberg did such a POOR job of articulating what the negotiated agreement with opposing counsel was--at the hearing and in the order she drafted--that the Defendant was simply able to interpret a JOINT-custody timeshare as allowing me a mere 24 hours per week with my son. The order was vague enough that opposing counsel has convinced the judge that this 24 hours per week WAS the agreement I wanted. When I met with Ms. Forsberg again to ask her to fix this mess, she made it my fault, i.e., I should have paid her a second time to file a motion asking the judge to clarify the vague order she wrote. Meanwhile, I've lost weeks of time with my son that I can't get back. Now the only way to get the timeshare arrangement Ms. Forsberg made me believe I was agreeing to is to appeal the case, which I can't financially afford to do.

Extremely honest. Rhonda was very thorough with my divorce. Brutally honest, but that is what I needed to hear & prepared me for the process.
