I really regretted having looked for lawyer John Ricci, he is very unprepared and is a terrible professional, I was very worried about my situation about to lose my York permit and he charged me $6,000 to help me and accompany me through the process! He didn't do anything, and during my Immigration interview I had to call him several times and he almost didn't arrive on time, but he finally arrived and participated in the interview with me but he didn't say anything and didn't do anything! Anyway, I threw $6,000 in the trash and couldn't renew my York license and returned to Brazil!!

Horrible Experience. Stay away. My brother and I had a case for our families with John Ricci. They have an office in ukiah which was always closed, lady there never answered the phone, they never returned texts, emails, nor voicemails. Attorney John was no existing throughout the process. The 18 month duration for my case turned out being 5 years (I’m a citizen filing for daughter/wife). The office in ukiah ends up getting shut down for unknown reasons, John Ricci doesn’t know why nor what happen to all the files they had. They don’t even know my case number nor invoice number. My whole case and paper work are gone luckily I had saved copies. I end up getting my appoint in cuidad Juárez which I go to with my family, we had to file additional paperwork which I reached out to John Ricci and never got back to me. All he said was “yes we have to submit those papers” never heard back. I had to immidiatly hire another attorney while I was in Juarez, pay premium and had the documents. I live in the USA with my family but John Ricci completely neglected my case and my brothers case? Gone! Completely gone! His money he payed Ricci? Gone. Same with mine. Stay away they have a lot of internal problems they have to resolve. To be honest one of the worst experiences I had in my life.

I’m finally got my Green Card, I’ve been trying to fix my legal status with other people’s but everything went wrong. So The Sprouls office fixes all the problems and they make possible to me get my Green Card. Thank you so much

2 HUGE MISTAKES 1) He sent my husband to pick up his green card to my country without the waiver (even though we asked him 3 time to submit it before leave the country) , my husband was not allowed to leave the country because, Of course, he needed the waiver. After that, Ricci submitted the waiver 2) One year later Immigration sent us a letter saying that waiver was not strong enough, and mys husband is still in my country, now I am looking for a good lawyer who can help me to remedy the disaster that ricci made us. WHAT A BAD LAWYER.

We had a very difficult case and the office of ricci & sprouls helped us. I’m very appreciative to the entire staff but very great full for both attorneys. Without them my husband wouldn’t have been granted his residency today. Thank you again :)
