Very emotional attorney, filed a complaint against us and will not reply to messages even with our attorney recommending him to do so, instead tried to use my attorney as a therapist to complaint about how tough our messages were although he makes a living by harassing people with collections instead of working towards a resolution.nnComplaint could have be resolved over a year ago, but Richard didn't even bother to read the agreement we had with his client, filed the complaint where case was convenient for him and we were easily able to dismiss it.nnI worked with many attorneys in the past, and being on both sides of the table, I can safely say this one is not someone I would recommend anyone to work with.
