I recently underwent a challenging divorce process, and the exceptional legal representation provided by Hurst, Robin, Kay & Allen. From the outset, Brian Hurst & Olga Allen showcased unparalleled dedication, professionalism, and expertise. The team's personalized approach and empathetic understanding of my situation set the tone for a journey that was navigated with utmost care. Their commitment was evident in every interaction, from the initial consultation to the final resolution. The team's transparency, attention to detail, and thorough preparation instilled confidence and made the entire legal process more manageable. Communication was seamless, and updates were provided regularly, fostering a sense of trust and reliability. If you find yourself navigating the complexities of divorce, this team is the ally you need—providing not only expert legal representation but also the support and guidance necessary to face the challenges of family law with confidence and peace of mind.
Attorney John Kay has supported me in a very long and drawn-out difficult relocation child custody and support case, and I do not believe I would have prevailed without him. Not only is John passionate about his clients, but he thoroughly educates on what is law and advises on best practices. If you want a counsel who is dedicated and is going to support you until the very end, John will produce results! I also appreciate his professionalism, willingness to keep me informed, and overall communication. Thank you, John, for your commitment and sincerity for my family.
I was referred to Olga Allen by a friend in which I will be forever grateful. This was a terrifying situation for me and Olga was always assessable and able to reassure me of what will transpire next. She was continually a step ahead in court and handled herself professionally. Olga is empathetic, yet extremely equipped to do her job. You would definitely want her defending you.
John Kay represents what "A Good Attorney" is when going through a divorce. His knowledge, experience and expertise is evident from the very beginning of the dissolution process. He knew all the right questions to ask and with those answers devised a brilliant plan which everything he determined would occur within the Rule of Law were answered and most especially were fulfilled. If and/or when anyone tells you to get yourself "A Good Lawyer", he's your man in the realm of great, effective divorce attorneys.
I believe John A. Kay is unethical, immoral, and honorless. Why would any attorney suggest or try to be part of a prenup where other doesn’t even feel comfortable putting their signature under? I would not recommend him (or thus his law firm as he is one of the owners) for prenuptial agreements if you do not want your marriage to start on the wrong foot. His actions, bits of advice, what he okays, etc, I guess makes sense for his benefit so he can potentially make more money during your divorce. It is like John A. Kay has “I would do anything for money.” written all over him, even if it is not rational and fair towards the soon-to-be-married couple or if it is unethical.
