The debt was wiped, and when Nissan failed to repossess the vehicle, Leo was able to file a motion that granted a lien release and title transfer to myself if the vehicle was not picked up or the lien was not released within 14 days of the motion being granted. I was able to profit off of my vehicle and get rid of it as a result. He is very understanding when it comes to payment (the amount doesn’t have to always be consistent if it’s not possible).
