Richard is detail oriented, knowledgable, and patient. He offered a number of solutions to my dilemma. He took the time to completely go over every document that I would be signing to make sure I fully understood what I was agreeing to. He is very responsive, and was readily available if I had questions or concerns. His assistant Jackie was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Richard Yaskin.

Rich is a great attorney! I went to him with a workplace discrimination/ harassment issue. I honestly believe that because of where I am employed he was the only one BRAVE enough to take my case. nHe called me in to speak with me personally and to get in depth with my issues. He did a case study to see if we had anything. He worked with me, like we were a team. He didn't talk dowm to me or over me, and when I had questions he took the time to answer them. nWe explored many avenues to solve the problem, some would lead us to court and others would solve the problem simply. My issue was solved simply, with and Email and a move to a different department, but Rich was prepared to take it all the way.nThe issue in my workplace has been solved and things there are going well.nI am glad that Jackie called me to come in and speak with Rich. It was my first time having to take an issue to an attorney and he made the experience easy and stress free. nI DO RECOMMEND him to anyone who has a discrimination case.
