Something is either up with this place. They sent my 76 year old mother a threatening letter for a Hospital bill in a state she does not live in or visit for over 2000.00 dollars. I plan on reporting this firm if it is even real and contacting BBB as well as this hospital that this bill is claiming to be from. The letter they sent my mother does not even make sense. My mother has Life lock on her credit so if this is some scam we will find out.

spoke with the receptionist laddy on the phone towice today, she was real mean and disrespectfully.

I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW DISRESPECTFUL THEY ARE. WOW.
