The CEO of my company went to Dr. Greene's office this am for an appointment. It was snowing and icy out so he was a couple minutes late. The front desk treated him very badly, treated him disparagingly, condescendingly and in a tremendously rude manner. The CEO came back to the office saying he has never been treated so badly in his life! All because of a doctor's appointment!!! Terrible to hear. I would never take the chance of going to this doctor's office.
Documenting that I called on 1/8/2024 to get an appointment asap because of a spot on my arm that I believe is Lyme Disease. Although I'm a current patient and am fully insured, because I couldn't recite my info at the time over the phone, the secretary refused to even set an appointment.
Nothing but a disaster since it was bought out. Billing is always wrong. Appointments take forever to get. Prescriptions ignored and not called in. Very unprofessional.
I was 1 minute late to an appt and called to let them know I'd be late and they told me I was going to need to reschedule. Inconsiderate.
Totally unhelpful. Booking appointments several months out, even for last minute changes to existing appointments. But more importantly, a rude front office that just doesn’t care about patients.
