DO NOT HIRE THEM! If I could give them zero starts I would... I've sent multiple emails however once they get the deposit everything slips through the cracks. They charged me for multiple hours to "review" my concerns and evidence that Jaime refused to bring up in court causing a longer more expensive battle that I now will finish with a different attorney. MELISSA failed to do her job by not replying to basically anything and always saying everyone was out of the office including herself! She used my money to hire a server but failed to check in to make sure it was done. This has been the WORST decision in an already stressful battle, she claimed she would call me back with a status on refunding me since they all around failed to do the jobs they were hired for but guess what fell through the cracks again and it's been months!

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY. We hired Kevin to help my brother in his case, all this guy did was just take his money without any help. We didn’t just wasted our time but our money also. My brother and I tried to get hold of him for several months with no luck. He deserves less than 1 star, Google won’t let me.

Amazing people in this office they know what their doing and Jaime is a phenomenal attorney that genuinely cares about the truth in custody cases.

I've worked with Jaime for years now regarding my child custody case and he's been nothing less than amazing! Jaime’s assistant, Lesa Preito is always pleasant to work with. Before Jaime, I had retained attorneys who were only in it for the money. Although Jaime is always willing to do what it is that I want, he is a straight forward guy who will let me know if he thinks I'm wasting my time and money before going forward. Being a single mother, this has saved me a ton! When not being able to represent me with a juvenile case, Jaime referred me to Jon Porter who is another attorney within the firm. Jon also was great to work with. Needless to say, I think Jaime is excellent at what he does and Richards & Richards as a whole deserve a 5 star review!
