I have called many attorney's before reaching out to Kathy Richardson. She was the first to respond without putting on me any extra charges and talked to me in person. Her working with proves that I reached out to her more than one time in two different tickets/violations. within two day of calling her I received an email that my case was solved without the extra charges. She works fast and defiantly, and her team was great to work with as well. Since I HAD to give a star, let's just say that half of it was for her filing the court papers and the other half was for her showing up. That's literally all she did. I found and hired Mrs.Richardson to help my fiancee with her custody battle. This whole experience was baffling! Her communication, attitude, and her performance in court was below poor. With substantial amount of evidence to seal the deal, it couldn't be presented because she questioned my fiancee on the stand for 58 minutes, leaving her ONLY 2 minutes left to question the opposing party. When my fiancee went to turn in her evidence, she could hear Mrs.Richardson in her office huffing and puffing as if she wasn't interested in the case. I wish she would've dropped it, but then again, some ppl just want the money. Well folks, don't make the same 5k mistake that we made. Keep searching for better QUALITY.nnResponding to your response: I completely understand how court works. Indeed, you can't always get exactly what you want. However, representation plays a big part in it as well. In court, the opposing party was your target, not your client. And with only 2 minutes remaining for questioning, that couldn't have possibly covered the main evidence that needed to be presented in court. My review was based off of the experience within itself. After the case, we've stopped by, and called on more than enough occasions with questions and/or concerns with NO returned phone calls pertaining to any of the messages we left with your staff. So what I'm quite surprised about is the fact that it took for me to leave this review to finally get some sort of response.

Ms. Richardson was extremely helpful and professional. Not only did she get one case dismissed, she also got a reduction of costs in reference to my case.
