Retain him and FIRED Him after 2 Years!!nI hired Chris to take my "Legal Malpractice Civil Case." In the beginning He's evaluated my case to being worth a lot of money to be won hands down based on HIS evaluation of my case. Idk what happened to him approximately 5 months into my case as he started to change & became very sneaky and tricky. He's "MISREPRESENTED" me so many times during the 2 years that I finally had to FIRE him right before trial. He's tried many times to change the word "MISREPRESENTED" around by saying "MISCALCULATED," then says it's not a big deal $$$$??? It's not a small "MISCALCULATION" of "Legal Malpractice" that he's committed neither. I mean were talking about hundreds and thousands of dollars that he's initially evaluated down to "oh after research you can only get $11k"??? He's billed me for work that he's never even done and also lied to me about it. Then when I question him here's his favorite line, " In Light of this, I need you to sign a substitution of attorney form ASAP." I also paid him for a very important exparte hearing and gets that granted BUT then doesn't show up for the actual motion as neither does the Defendants Lawyers, as this doesn't make sense at all? So of course a NO SHOW from Attorneys gets denied. BUT when I see the actual court minute order online and confront him he lied many times; says he still didn't file it when it was right in front of his face confronting him in an email attachment, then says he was going to file it but the judge told him that if he filed it it'll get denied????? WOW!!!! He's tried to settle my case for $5k without my consent. He's ruined my case. Of course I FIRED him. He's the worst!
