Scott was recommend to me from a friend to help me out with my L&I claim I was having a problem dealing with on my own. I called Scott and let him know what was going on and he took it from there. Stephanie is fabulous! I had already gone through two lawyers and now looking for a third. I made several calls the day I discovered Stephanie at Tacoma Injury Law group. Stephanie listens and communicates with me directly, where as the other lawyers constantly back pedaled and blame their assistants for any mishaps. You won’t make a mistake with Stephanie.

We were referred to Ms. Clowers and team in October 2020 to seek representation for my Down's Syndrome brother who was punched several times in the face (broke his eye socket) and abdomen by his care giver. We have pictures, police reports, and his caseworker escalated the case to the state. The paralegal, Mr. Lopez finally got back with us in Dec. and after we sent all paperwork, we were told they would take the case and would be sending the papers for us to sign. As of today, March 3, 2021, we have had to continually reach out to see what is going on, are they taking the case or not. After multiple attempts to reach Mr. Lopez, he again said the papers were coming. We even had to contact the referring attorney for help getting Mr. Lopez to call us back! Today, March 3, 2021, we received a call and email from Mr. Lopez that they would not be taking the case and wished us well. Ms. Clowers, attorney, has never contacted us and we are now several months past the incident. Had they been more professional and up front with us, we could have worked with another attorney and not delayed our case if they didn't want to take it on. My only experience with this law firm has been with Mr. Lopez, a paralegal, and for this reason I would strongly suggest looking for another law firm to represent you!

My mom told me growing up to never deal with the government by myself so I hired these lawyers to help me. I am so glad that I did they knew exactly what to do and how to help me. Thank you Tacoma injury group.
