I asked for help on a default contract for deed. I was assigned to a paralegal which I thought would bring the cost down. It did not. I felt the paralegal went way beyond what I asked for and was giving the C4D owner much advice and assistance and charging me. She went so far as to research homeowners insurance for them. I was very disappointed in her service. Would not recommend.
