Ripley & Associates

I came to Ripley & Associates after I was bitten by a neighbor's dog. The incident was very traumatic, required medical attention, and created scarring. I made an appointment with Marcella of Ripley's to ask if there was anything Ripley could do. Marcella was very responsive, understood the difficulty of the situation I was in (the neighbor was reluctant to provide me with their insurance information I needed for medical attention/ services and to settle the case). Marcella was sympathetic and advised me that Ripley would take the case. Being represented by Ripley and Associates was a great relief to me, It was stressful enough to deal with the dog bite and aftermath - it was a load off my mind not to deal with the somehow obtaining of insurance information, negotiating, and settlement aspects. Marcella is a good communicator; she always responds to emails and calls, We did not rush through the case - it was important for me to get a good sense of how my medical treatment was advancing, how long it would take, what treatment options there were for the scarring, and if the scarring would ever disappear entirely - and the costs of all this. These were all important informations needed to negotiate the settlement. Marcella is a fantastic negotiator. She negotiated a settlement with the insurance company that is very fair. Ripley & Associates made ALL the difference. Had I not gone to Ripley & Associates, I am sure I would have gotten nowhere, and not much of anything. Thank you, Marcella!
