Been going to Martinez for years, all three of my children. They used to be very good about wait times. My youngest needs speech and OT and we have to go in every three months to get approved for the paperwork. The wait time is always 1 to 2 hours . My daughter will always have her condition. We just need a signature. I suppose they have to make us wait to get paid. It's incredibly stupid. If there were another doctor closer to our home, we'd go there. Note, be prepared to wait awhile

So disappointed in wait times. I called to ask if there was an appointment available and they scheduled me in. I honestly rather you not schedule me in if the wait time is gonna be 2 hours. As I got here to sign in I see there is about 7 ppl scheduled at the SAME TIME and 10 minutes later was my scheduled appointment. 2 hours or more for 7 ppl? When the Dr sees us for like 3-5 min? Unfortunately I’ll be looking for another pediatrician.

Iam not from Laredo but I’ve lived in 3 other states before and this by far is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been too. 3 hour wait , front desk staff is very rude , The doctor is not understanding and very condescending nor empathetic. Please take your child somewhere else :( Restrooms there are also very dirty and never clean.

This is my daughter’s first time here. She just needed a physical to be cleared to attend daycare. Her appointment was at 2 pm; it’s now 3:07 pm and we are still waiting in the lobby…. I am very disappointed.

Wait time is ALWAYS over 2 hours. This is ridiculous. And when the Dr. Finally comes in you’d think he’d be there with you for a while considering how long you wait. Nope. In and out. Too quick to justify how long he takes to finally see you. This time we just need a TB test. Been here 1 1/2 hours and still waiting. Changing Pediatrician after this. I’ve had it. Also…. Closed on Fridays? No thanks.
