If negative stars were an option, I would give negative TEN. It took us over a week of calling daily to finally receive a call back, from the rudest receptionist I have ever spoken with. No introduction. Blunt. “What can I help you with?” I explained. Then the response was harsh, “We can’t help you, it would be a conflict of interest.” No explanation. No apology. No suggestion of someone who might be able to help. She just abruptly hung up. I had already made up my mind not to use this firm, based on the first 10 seconds of the long awaited phone call. I wouldn’t speak to my dog in the tone she used. Cold. Harsh. Unkind and inconsiderate on all levels. You would think that in a small town like this, that their reputation would be important. I guess not. Don’t bother calling, unless you want to leave multiple messages, only to be treated like scum. Save yourself the frustration.

Bob is a great lawyer. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Also a veteran.

I hired this guy to help me with a lawsuit I wanted to file. I sent him a ton of information to go on but he was only concerned about billing for his time. He sent me an threatening letter over a balance of only a couple grand. He never delivered anything to me other than very vague billing which was difficult to relate back to any work he did. Now he refuses to provide the work product I have paid for. I do not trust this guy at all and neither should you.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Miller for 20 years. He is a brilliant and great attorney. He has help my family and myself many times over the years. Highly recommended.
