We are very happy with the service provided by Rob. He is very professional, explain everything in a concise way and super responsive (which is something we valued most). He replied very fast to emails and calls even during late night, and always keeps us posted on the latest status. Due to weird fiscal year schedule of this town we made purchase, we have some different opinion about how tax adjustment should be carried out. Rob is very patient, listen to our request carefully, and take extra steps to communicate with seller's attorney and resolved all problems. This is overall the best experience we had so far, highly recommend him.
