A friend of mine gifted me a consult with Robert Warren to look over my contract before closing on my first home. I thought I didn’t need a lawyer especially because I was working with a national home-building company. But, I wasn’t paying for it, so what could it hurt? It turned out that I absolutely needed a lawyer and Mr. Warren exceeded my expectations 10-fold. On my first walkthrough, I identified several things that were wrong with the build and I had a week to decide if I was going to go to closing or not; the floors were the squeakiest floors my home inspector had ever heard. Mr. Warren advocated on my behalf and communicated with outside contractors and engineers, the builder, and my realtor to try to find out what was wrong with the flooring. At an hour before closing, I still hadn’t made my final decision and Mr. Warren actually came to my final walkthrough to advise me on what to do. I promise you will be shocked by the depth of his dedication, timeliness, advice, and constant communication with you. His office worker, Lois, is on the ball with communication as well. To top it all off, his voice is very soothing and calm, and it helps you relax and know you are in good hands. If I ever buy a home in Gainesville again, I will absolutely have him in my corner. If I could give him a 100-star rating, I would.

I have to echo the other reviews on here. I was extremely happy I engaged Mr Warren and his team for a property purchase. They were efficient, conscientious and thorough. Buying property can be stressful and complex with many unseen pitfalls, and having an effective attorney working specifically for you is money well spent. Highly recommended.
