Robert Montgomery Attorney At Law

This review is one given by Mr. Ernest Raines who was horsed around for 4 years on a case that was settled years before. Mr. Montgomery has me sign papers without explaining what I was signing, did not return phone calls and in my opinion was most disrespected to me his client. With the help of Mr. Dick Elkins who is a personal friend, after almost 4 years of hassle, I reported Mr. Montgomery to the Illinois and Indiana lawyers review boards and while I have continued problems from my injuries as a result of this accident, I received a little more than 1/3 of the settlement with many problems as a result of actions taken and not taken by Mr. Montgomery. I give him no stars and would never get involved with him in any future dealings. This entire manner was nothing more than an exercise in frustration and in my opinion was handled poorly. I'm currently in the end phases of settling a case which Mr.Montgomery has handled and I realized I made a Big mistake in hiring him he is so unprofessional unprepared and a total jackass in my opinion should not be allowed to practice law.
