Staff is extremely unprofessional.Secretary intermittently on the job.Legal secretary inadequate.Employees just there to collect a paycheck and forget about appropriate service.Attorney Robert Photos is a good lawyer if you have the opportunity to see him. I appreciate his individual service.As far as his staff is concerned,he should clear house and start hiring professional help that will treat his clients with respect.

The office should say a lot about there lack of professionalism,life style,standards.I guess the husband works there as an intimidator!!They do not care,listen,or do their jobs properly..so sad they even allowed to practice law.Cause of his BAR maybe?? You can definitely tell your in Ghetto entering that office .low standards DIRTY..

If he doesn't want to take your case, he has no guts to say, "I'm not interested." He makes it sound like he's taking your case by saying things like, call the office, leave a message, make an appointment, text me, blah blah. You call the office and they say, okay let me talk to Robert and we'll get back to you. So then you end up giving and you never hear back from nobody. It's the run around. I'd much rather you say what it is. If an attorney doesn't think you have a case, or they don't want the case, they say it. The run around is so unprofessional
