This lawyer never got back to me and just took off with the remaining of my money he owes me. I put a retainer deposit down and he never used it all and now he owes me money

Not a good attorney. The only communicate through emails. If you have a question and you need the answer right away don't expect to get it right away. Expect to get it two or three weeks later and be billed for it. Get your information from the courts 3 weeks before they decide to send it to you and get billed for it. I was billed for more emails and quote telephone correspondences than actual attorney time. I spent over $5,000 and he spent over a year on a case and I got absolutely nowhere with it and still remain in the same position I was over a year ago. Terrible terrible attorney do not hire this man

All the previous negative comments, copy and paste here. Does not respond to questions and communication at all. I was receiving all these documents in the mail from the other parties lawyer and did not know what they meant or how to respond. Silly me, I thought this is what a lawyer was supposed to do is answer my questions and inform me on my legal rights. Finally, when I was able to schedule a meeting with him, he told me that what I was looking for was to be treated with fairness and receive justice as an outcome. He flat out told me that I wasn't going to get that. My frustration level reached an all time high and we resolved the case enough that I just needed to be done with Mr. Beehm and his office. This was all prior to covid. I had a good chunk of money left in the retainer account. All attempts to get accurate billing invoices and an official case close letter to get our leftover retainer back were meant with silence. Covid hit and I figured that was it. I was never going to get any of that money back. I found it hysterical that I was in the situation where I needed a lawyer to sue my lawyer. Over a year passes with nothing, no email, no phone calls, no letters. Suddenly, out of the blue, just this week I get an invoice in the mail. Do not even think about attaching yourself to this attorney. Stay as far away from him as possible!

Hired him after finding him online. He was so amazing I had to have him represent me. After a few months I was told something that should have been told to me in the first week. Been waiting for months now on my refund and keep getting the run around. Disappointed. Feel like I lost a lot of money and had no resolve to my matter. I know he is busy and I’m an out of state customer. However my matter has now worsened. After being unsure what was happening on my case I had to schedule a phone call with him a few weeks out. He never showed. I had to email them about the missed call they were very unhelpful and took weeks and frustration emails to get a response from him or his assistant. She’s the worst part about the the situation. She’s rude and short. She hardly returns emails and when it comes to your refund she will give you the run around and ignore you. I think with new support or more support this guy would be great.

Mr. Beehm and Madyson are both rude. I reported them to 3rd district court for unprofessionalism. They provided false hope and broken promises at our expense. We provided recorded evidence, photos of the crimes committed against us. He charged us for the materials we provided him, over $1000. We were refunded 2 bad checks. He didnt show up for a phone conference. More people need to report him. They have an excuse for everything. So they dont have to do anything but collect your money for calling the office or sending an email of evidence.
