I guess the description stated on what you guys do should be deleted, I called about a rental dispute landlord and tenant and the receptionist told me this firm does not represent tenants, this firm misleads people. To the owners response I called for help so you stating wether I'm a client is irrelevant smh and that's your best response sad.

After reading the review for this office, I felt secure in calling assuming that I would at least be heard however, speaking with the secretary/reception I don’t know who or what she does there, I would NEVER recommend anyone to call this law firm!!! She spoke fast, non empathetic, didn’t even give me a chance to explain my situation. I started to explain and all she heard was debt and says “so, you owe that!” Trying to explain further she said “well you knew you had this debt”??? I was appalled!!! I felt so defeated and didn’t get a chance to speak with the lawyer at all. Then as I continued to try and explain the situation she said, “I have another call” and put me on hold!!! I hung up immediately!!! I did not expect this at all! For a potential client, who already felt stressed about the situation at hand and nervous about calling to begin with, why would I want to be represented by this office anyway?!?! Thanks for nothing!! **Update: I never claimed to be their client! In response to her response! Call was not lost! You put me on hold to answer another call while I was trying to explain my situation! So I HUNG UP!! You were Rude! Period!! And WHY would I want to answer your call when you called back! You made me feel uncomfortable! And if you were professional your response wouldn’t be : this lady is not a client!!! You could have asked to further discuss the situation (in response to my complaint!) that’s what professional people do! No problem though, I spoke to other offices who were more than happy to hear my situation and are willing to help!

Rob did an excellent job in settling my father's estate. He has a great work ethic and did everything I asked.
