I started working with Juliette Robertson as my estate planning attorney over nine years ago after my husband suddenly passed. She has always been professional, accessible and easy to work with. One of the things I greatly appreciate is her straightforward honesty and advice. She is experienced and I would refer my friends and family to her in a heartbeat. I am aware that we all chose our own accountants, fiduciaries and such and i see some of the comments in other reviews about that, I for one am grateful that this law firm has been perfect in their area of responsibility with me, and that is all they can be responsible for. I believe Juliette to be of strong moral character and goes by the rules, in every experience I have had with her through a few estates processings now, unfortunately. I have developed a friendship over the years and am glad she is my attorney in life and death, as we joke . I have referred over five families to the Robertson Law Group over the years and my friends have all been very pleased with their estate plan and peace of mind in feedback back to me.

It's dumbfounding to me how people in service oriented businesses have no concept of being service-oriented minded. As I wrote to Michelle (attorney), I have never been treated so unprofessionally or dismissed as I was by Emily. Her lack of professionalism and humanity, and her need to gate-keep and not provide a service, were beyond my comprehension. When I explained that my sister passed away recently, that my mother was in less than an ideal state of mind, and that we needed assistance with her relocation and therefore trust - all they could offer was a bunch of hoops we needed to jump through in order to protect their client - my mother. Well, we jumped through the hoops and we were still met with roadblocks, no empathy, no understanding - no communication on a solution. We then identified other counsel who were not only professional, they definitely understood compassion (while still upholding the law) and made numerous accommodations to meet my mother's needs. What I recommend about Robertson Law Group - and both Michelle and Emily, is that they rethink combining humanity with professionalism. It's not hard - it's actually free.

Juliette and staff were helpful and accommodating in updating my Trust. I’m handicapped and Juliette even came to my home so I could sign Trust papers. Completed copies were then returned by FedEx.

These people are absolutely terrible they put my original trustee in touch with a fiduciary company that is crooked so all's I can come to the conclusion is is as they must be as crooked as there and they're accounting is absolutely terrible they did not give any receipts any time cards anything to account for the $28,000 that they took from my trust for six months of work which they only sent me five pieces of paper $28,000 for five piece of paper I would absolutely go somewhere else if you need help with your trust and estate.
