Salvador represented me in my first Home Purchase he came highly recommended from a friend of mine who is a real estate agent. Throughout the process he guided me and ultimately helped me to close on the property in 30 days; with a big bank as the mortgagee (from what I was told this is very difficult within the industry)! He knows every in and out from what I have seen - even had the agents, my lending advisor, and title company ask for his card at the closing table! Also he and his assistant Sandy were so prompt and responsive which was extremely appreciated. I recommend to everyone, especially friends and family.

When facing a bankruptcy, it can be intimidating and kind of scary, but Sal was the best help I could have asked for. He explained everything in a way I could understand and was very patient with all my questions and concerns. It was easy to get ahold of him or one of his staff either by phone or email and the response time was quick. He walked me through what could have been one of the hardest situations and made it as stress-free as a bankruptcy could be and for that I couldn't be more grateful.
